Who are we looking for?

Position: Spécialiste du service des appels d'offres Italie

Nous recherchons une personne ayant de l'expérience dans l'analyse du marché et des appels d'offres, ainsi que dans la préparation des documents administratifs nécessaires à la participation.

Cette activité s'inscrira dans le cadre de la participation à des initiatives et/ou des appels d'offres lancés par Technital pour obtenir les services de conception, de maîtrise d'œuvre et, de manière générale, d'ingénierie nécessaires à la réalisation de grandes infrastructures. En partageant notre vision et notre stratégie, le candidat intégré fera partie d'un projet de croissance commun. 

Exigences et compétences:

• Expérience dans le domaine des marchés publics d'ingénierie;
• Connaissance du code des marchés publics (décret législatif n° 36/2023);
• Diplôme en droit ou dans un domaine connexe;
• Maîtrise de l'anglais;
• Maîtrise de la suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et de la navigation sur Internet. 

Principales responsabilités:

• Rédaction des documents administratifs requis pour la participation aux appels d'offres (qui portent toujours sur la prestation de services liés à l'ingénierie);
• Collaboration étroite avec le service juridique pour vérifier les spécificités de chaque appel d'offres;  
• Collecte et vérification de la documentation technique, administrative et financière nécessaire à la participation;

• Suivi des échéances, des mises à jour et des conditions d'appel d'offres, en veillant à leur respect;

What is the role?

The candidate will have a direct impact on complex and strategic projects, dealing with:

• Technical and managerial coordination of national and international railway tenders;
• Development and drafting of technical documentation for tenders and project proposals;
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and foreign partners;
• Supervision of the entire project cycle: from feasibility studies to executive design (including integrated contracts);
• Ensuring regulatory and technical compliance with international standards.
