TECHNITAL’s BIM Policy sets out the organisation’s strategic guidelines and commitments regarding the adoption, development and improvement of the BIM Management System, in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 19650, UNI 11337 and UNI/PdR 74:2019 standards and in line with the company’s innovation strategies. In particular, TECHNITAL is committed to:
- ensure that the BIM Management System is appropriate to the organisational context and consistent with the company’s strategic direction;
- define and monitor measurable BIM objectives, using key performance indicators (KPIs), and promote the achievement of these objectives at all organisational levels;
- ensure the continuous improvement of BIM processes and of design and construction performance;
- promote the training, qualification and continuous professional development of staff involved in BIM processes;
- ensure structured information management, promoting interoperability through the adoption of open formats and shared standards;
- facilitate integration between design and site (BIM to Field), improving coordination between the parties involved;
- promote the dissemination of BIM culture throughout the supply chain, encouraging collaboration and alignment among suppliers;
- ensure the communication, understanding and dissemination of this Policy to all internal and external stakeholders;
- periodically verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the BIM Management System and the Policy itself through systematic reviews.
