Tender Office Assistant

We are looking for a Tender Office Assistant to join our Tender Office, which manages international tenders and projects. The successful candidate will support the preparation of expressions of interest and technical-economic bids for international tenders financed mainly by multilateral banks (EU, World Bank, UN, AfDB, ADB, etc.), collaborating with Technital's various offices and branches abroad.
Requirements and skills:
- Degree in Languages, Economics, Law, International Relations or related fields;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet browsing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the drafting and review of expressions of interest and bids for international tenders, ensuring compliance with technical and administrative requirements;
- Coordinating and supporting communication and work with Technital branches and offices abroad;
- Managing the collection and control of technical, administrative and financial documentation necessary for participation in tenders;
- Translate brochures, project sheets and presentation materials into different languages;
- Monitor institutional and specialised websites to identify tenders and funding opportunities;
- Monitor deadlines, updates and tender conditions, ensuring compliance with deadlines;
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to facilitate the preparation of proposals;
- Support the analysis of business opportunities and the definition of participation strategies.

- Organisational autonomy and ability to manage multiple deadlines (time management);
- Good communication skills and aptitude for teamwork;
- Proactive spirit, flexibility and willingness to learn.
