We are looking for someone with experience in market analysis, tendering processes and the subsequent preparation of the administrative documentation required for participation.
The role will involve participating in initiatives and/or tenders organised by Technital to secure design, construction management and, more generally, the engineering services required for the construction of major infrastructure projects. By sharing our vision and strategy, the successful candidate will become part of a shared growth project.
Requirements and Skills:
- Experience in the engineering procurement sector
- Knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023)
- A degree in Law or a related field;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet browsing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing the administrative documents required for tender participation (these tenders always relate to the provision of engineering services);
- Ongoing liaison with the legal department to verify the specific requirements of individual tenders;
- Collection and verification of technical, administrative and financial documentation required for participation;
- Monitoring of institutional and specialist websites;
- Monitoring of deadlines, updates and tender conditions, ensuring compliance;
- Collaboration with stakeholders to facilitate the preparation of proposals;
- Support in analysing commercial opportunities and defining participation strategies.
