Tender Office Assistant

We are looking for a candidate to join our Tender Office, which manages international tenders and projects. The successful candidate will support the preparation of expressions of interest and technical and financial bids for international tenders, primarily funded by multilateral banks (EU, World Bank, UN, AfDB, ADB, etc.), collaborating with Technital’s various offices and branches abroad.
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in Languages, Economics, Law, International Relations or related fields;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet browsing;
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the drafting and review of expressions of interest and tenders for international tenders, ensuring compliance with technical and administrative requirements;
- Coordinate and support communication and collaboration with Technital’s branches and offices abroad;
- Manage the collection and verification of the technical, administrative and financial documentation required for participation in tenders;
- Translate brochures, project sheets and presentation materials into various languages;
- Monitor institutional and specialist websites to identify calls for tenders and funding opportunities;
- Monitor deadlines, updates and tender conditions, ensuring compliance with deadlines;
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to facilitate the preparation of proposals;
- Support the analysis of business opportunities and the definition of participation strategies.
