The main parts of the Waste to Energy are as follow:

  • grate furnace with radiation boiler
  • fume recirculation;
  • fume dedusting by means of electrofilter and bag filter;
  • acid gas removal with wet-type system;
  • catalytic reduction system for nitric oxide;
  • chemical-physical treatment of process waste;
  • energy recovery through steam powered turbo-al- ternator;
  • sludge treatment;
  • computer-controlled supervision and monitoring system.
